Office Manager
Diana is successful in her position as ECS manager and patient coordinator. She graduated with honors from PIMA as a Medical Administrative Assistant. She loved being a part of every patient’s journey. She coordinates our patient scheduling and logistics. Diana has a warm and welcoming personality, she makes it her goal to ensure that each patient has a wonderful experience. She’s excited to be a part of Eastlake Cosmetic Surgery and work with such a great team.

Hospital Coordinator
Arlene was born and raised in San Diego/Chula Vista California. Arlene always wanted to pursue her career in health care. She is now a Surgical Assistant & Hospital Coordinator. Arlene has been assisting our patients for over twelve years now. Her caring and warm approach towards patients allows patients to feel comfortable and secure. When Arlene isn’t assisting patients and working in recovery she loves to spend time with her family and going to Disneyland.

Lead Patient Coordinator
Michelle is our Lead Patient Coordinator. All plastic surgery scheduling is handled by her. She is another pleasant voice in our office. Always willing to go above & beyond to help our patients.

Genesis is our Marketing Coordinator/ Administrative Assistant. She enjoys creating promotions that will encourage patients to look & feel great. In her down time she enjoys spending time with her puppy Linguine.

Front Office
Lisa is our Front Office and scheduler. She is the first pleasant voice you hear when calling our office. She strives in pleasing every patient and assisting them with their needs. When she’s not in the office, she loves spending time with her three kids at the San Diego Zoo.

Cynthia was born in San Diego CA. She is our Medical Assistant here at ECS, she addresses patients nicely and shows respect for them.

Medical Assistant
Giselle is our Medical Assistant, she was born in Arkansas and raised in San Diego. She will go beyond to see patients leave satisfied and comfortable.
She loves and enjoys spending time with her daughter in her down time.

Monserrat also known as Monse or Mo is one of our MA’s. She enjoys working with patients and making them feel comfortable/heard.

Front Office
Juana was born in Guadalajara, Jalisco and raised in San Diego, CA. She is our Front Office and receivable coordinator. She is dedicated to helping our patients sort out the best and easiest payment options for their treatments. She enjoys translating for patients and making sure they get the best service at our office. She loves vacationing in sunny locations by the beach and spending time with their kids.
Cristina T.
Patient Coordinator / Marketing
Cristina was born in San Diego and raised in Tijuana Baja California. She is one of our patient coordinators that will always try to help you with any questions and will also make you feel confident. She will help you schedule your appointments and answer your calls/texts. Cristina also does our Social Media here at ECS and loves creating new ideas for it. She’s a mom of one girl and they always spend time together on her days off by having movie nights and picnics at the parks in San Diego.
